Welcome, and thanks for visiting my page.

I'm Flavio Ferretti, I've been Operating Room Nurse, Flying Nurse for several Patient Support Programs, now Territory Manager at PHD Lifescience with a particular interest in digital instruments for HCP workflows.

After many years spent trying and testing CRM, HRM, CMS, ERP and all sorts of apps created by others, each time I promptly noted how distant the finished product put into production was, compared to the needs of the real use case.

I decided that I necessarily had to learn new technologies, I could continue the path towards the Excel black belt, but along the way I discovered people, ideas, tools and projects that progressively changed my mindset. For me it's time to learn, discover, experimenting with things in order to deeply understand technologies all around/above us. The workflow of a flying nurse applied to Patient Solutions, Monitorings, Hospital Capacity, Real World Evidence programs has changed a lot in the last ten years. Devices and software are now in every step of the workflow. Scanning paper report in order to send a PDF via email is the past, the ancient way to 'digitalization'. Now we collect realtime data from several sources and I can't see the end of this expansion. More data. More problems.
